Yes, Karat World’s shipments are all fully insured and tractable.

Store your jewelry separately and away from liquids and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity can cause jewelry to tarnish; to avoid this, put your pieces in a dark, cold, and dry area. Wear your pair frequently (this helps reduce oxidation) and store them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.

We will inform you and let you know whether or not your refund was accepted once we receive and review your return. Your initial payment method will be immediately refunded if you are approved. Please be aware that processing and publishing your refund may take some time on the part of your bank or credit card provider.

We provide free cleaning and product inspections (recommended every six months) as a preventive step against stone loss or damage caused by prongs that are twisted, pulled, stuck, or broken during regular usage. If a deeper clean is required, we just ask that you find the shipping and insurance costs to securely send the ring to our Dubai facility.

Standard purchases are shipped in safe, nondescript packaging. Inside, you'll find the elegantly branded gift package from Karat World Gold and Jewellery, which is perfect for giving or keeping for yourself.

You might not be able to make any changes to or cancel your purchase since it might have already been sent out because we typically process and prepare your order for shipping right away. In this case, you would have to return your order in line with our Returns Policy after receiving it.
