We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can ask to return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with care cards & diamonds certificate of guarantee (if applicable), and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. As proof of purchase, you’ll also need the sales invoice.

Damages & issues
As soon as you receive your order, please check everything, and let us know right away if anything is wrong, damaged or if you got the wrong item. This will allow us to look into the situation and find a solution.
Non-returnable items/exceptions
Gift cards and other sale items are not returnable.
Exchanges
Replacements are only made for broken or faulty products. Please do so if you need to swap it for an identical item. Please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.
Gifts
You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return if you purchased the item as a gift and it was sent directly to you. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued to you.
We will refund the gift donor and notify them of your return if the item was not indicated as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the product delivered to themselves to give to you later.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically. Please keep in mind that your bank or Credit Card Company may take some time to process and publish your refund.
Shipping Returns
Send your items back to the following address: Dubai, UAE. You will be liable for the return shipment charges. The cost of return postage will be deducted from any refund you get. The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your location may vary. If you are returning a more expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
