How should I take care of and preserve my new jewelry?
We provide free cleaning and product inspections (recommended every six months) as a preventive step against stone loss or damage caused by prongs that are twisted, pulled, stuck, or broken during regular usage. If a deeper clean is required, we just ask that you find the shipping and insurance costs to securely send the ring to our Dubai facility.
What should I do to take care of my jewelry?
Store your jewelry separately and away from liquids and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity can cause jewelry to tarnish; to avoid this, put your pieces in a dark, cold, and dry area. Wear your pair frequently (this helps reduce oxidation) and store them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.
