WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
GOLD JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged either for gold or diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery and In all cases, only one time exchange is allowed.
DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a diamond gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the Jewellery in all cases only one time exchange is allowed.

AFTER 15 DAYS UNTIL 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE DATE.
GOLD JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevai-ling market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufac-turing costs, stone weights and any other non-gold components.
DIAMOND JEWELLERY 
Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery only after deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoice amount of the Jewellery purchased earlier. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.
AFTER THE 1 YEAR OF PURCHASE DATE.
GOLD JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deductingmanufac-turing costs, stone weights and any other non-gold components.
DIAMOND JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery after valuation of the old Jewellery according to the market value of the material content. The value of the selected diamond Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

General Terms & Conditions
Below mentioned terms and conditions are considered as an integral part of the Karat World Gold & Jewellery Exchange Policy and Karat World Gold & Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to replace the goods in the event that the conditions for each item are not met unconditionally.
Exchange or upgrade of Jewellery is only permitted upon presentation of the original Karat World Gold & Jewellery purchase invoice issued by Karat World Gold & Jewellery or if any other proof of purchase is provided.
Jewellery can be exchanged only once within a 15 days’ time from date of purchase and provided that the item to be replaced is in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
For all type of Exchanges, if any damages or missing components are found in the Jewellery it is subject to our internal valuation of Karat World Gold & Jewellery and deductions applicable (If Any) against the new purchase.
In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or exchanged; then the goods can be returned and refunded within 15 days from the date of purchase.
If Karat World Gold & Jewellery agrees exclusively to the return of the goods, then all expenses related to the purchase including credit card charges will be deducted from the refund.
This Karat World Gold & Jewellery Exchange Policy is not applicable for customized or made-to-order Jewellery by the purchaser.
This Karat World Gold & Jewellery Exchange Policy excludes Watch Brands. Each Watch Brand is Subject to its own Manufactures Warranty.
Exchange only in same Country of Purchase.
Jewellery not Exchangeable against Gold Bar.

Customer Order:
If Customer Make advance payment for the order by card the card Transaction charge will deduct at the time of the cancelation.
Customer Needs to Bring the Original Payment Voucher to Refund the Advance Payment.
